POLICIES
We require a credit card to hold all service appointments. Extension new install appointments require a non-refundable retainer fee.
Cancellations with less than 36 hours notice will incur a fee equaling to 50% of the booked service.
No-shows or cancellation with less than 12 hours notice will incur 100% of the service cost.
In the case of an emergency, we will consider waiving the fee on a case by case basis.
Abuse of our cancellation policy will result in prepayment in full for future services.
